Matt did a great job overall. I know he was probably a bit rushed (more than likely because of the reduced service hours) because he forgot to connect the bag lights on my right bag following service. My wife noticed it and I corrected the minor oversight once I arrived home. Thanks for the hard work Matt, and remember that as a customer I place my life and the lives of passengers on your shoulders to make sure the motorcycle is operating properly. Keep growing as a mechanic and I'm sure you'll do fine. Also a special thanks to Nicole Riddick(not listed in your employee database above (Dealership oversight). She did a great job as my service writer, keeping me informed on the progress. (Employee: MATT BLUE)

I come in to buy parts for my Road King as well as my Softail Slim S and Kevin Weeks has never gotten the part wrong and has also recommended a part that might be better. He is my go to guy there. Mary Ann, is a sweetheart there. She Makes my appointment and I dont know who worked on my bike but they did and outstanding job. Kevin and Mary Ann always greets you with a smile. That goes along way (Employee: Kevin Weeks, Mary Ann Cox)

This is not to one specific person but to everyone. Even the people who didn't work in the store. They made me feel so comfortable. Like I was a part of a family. One of my best experiences in a long time.

My wife and I are slowly restoring an 07 FLSTC. I really had no idea what things to order to re establish stock configuration of rear tail lights, turn signals, wiring harnesses, stock handlebar heights, cables, fasteners, grommets, etc. Kevin went off a crappy picture and ordered everything I needed! I'm REAL close to getting this bike back on the road thanks to Kevin. Still some more to buy to complete the bike, but it's close to being rideable! (Employee: Kevin Weeks)

Had issues with GPS getting stuck. Mary Ann quickly updated the infotainment center. She informed me the system is jsut like our iPhones requiring periodical updates. Then went to Scuba, parts department, to try some windscreens; he took his time and we finally decided on an appropriate after market windscreen and since there are several in the warehouse, it will be ready for a trip this weekend. Debi, always busier than a one-handed paper hanger, always reaches out for a hello. Finally, Joe and Desiree, as usual, just said Hey, how are you doing? I always feel like I'm part of this family when I stop by. (Employee: Mary Ann Cox, "Scuba" Steve Hobbs, Desire'e "Carl" Vang, Debi "Panhead" Myers, Joe "Joy Ride" Hyatt)
